Dr. Howard Kesselman, MD – Medical Director
Dr. Howard Kesselman is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through safe, thoughtful, and medically guided aesthetic care. After graduating from Yale School of Medicine, he completed residency and fellowship training through Harvard Medical School–affiliated programs and has spent more than 13 years in aesthetic medicine with a focus on injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments.
As founder and owner of Siana Aesthetics Medical Spa, Dr. Kesselman is known for an approach that prioritizes clinical judgment, natural-looking results, and patient safety. In his role as Medical Director, he works collaboratively with your nurse injector to support appropriate treatment planning tailored to your goals, anatomy, and comfort level. Dr. Kesselman is always available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your aesthetic consultation or planned procedure.
